We use your information to provide and improve the Service, including running trademark searches and generating AI reports; process payments and deliver purchased services; send you requested reports, receipts, and service communications; monitor and alert you about trademark conflicts (if subscribed to monitoring); improve our AI models using aggregated, anonymized search and analysis data; comply with legal obligations; and communicate important updates about the Service or your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with licensed partner law firms when you purchase attorney services (subject to their own privacy policies and attorney-client privilege); payment processors to complete transactions; analytics providers to understand Service usage (in aggregated form); and law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law. Trademark search queries submitted to the Service are sent to the USPTO and third-party trademark data providers to generate search results.

Search queries and generated reports are retained to provide you with access to your search history and reports. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@markitnow.ai.
